How to Apply in Richmond

Apply through RRHA at rrha.com when waitlists are open. Virginia protects renters from source-of-income discrimination statewide (Va. Code § 36-96 et seq., effective July 1, 2020), so most landlords cannot refuse a Housing Choice Voucher — though landlords owning four or fewer rental properties are exempt.
